9Fraud, Manipulation & Abuse

Livesport888 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, manipulation, or system abuse. Activities classified as fraud or abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Registering more than one account (multiple accounts) to obtain additional bonuses.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools to automate bets or interactions with the platform.

10Account Closure & Suspension

However, failure to receive such notification due to an outdated email address or spam filters does not release the member from the responsibility of complying with the updated Terms.

12Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Livesport888 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times. livesport888 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet failures, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete information from third-party sources.
• Any taxes, duties, or other financial obligations that may apply to a member's winnings under Malaysian law.
• Losses arising from your account being accessed by a third party due to your failure to keep your password confidential.

In all cases where livesport888 is found liable, our liability is limited to the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
